Attention!

Beginning of June is tourist peak season in Vienna, especially the dates of Europerio 7 with the long weekend for the bank holiday Corpus Christi on June 7. We strongly recommend to book your room now in the course of your registration. Rooms are filling up quickly and are sold on first come first served basis. General Information/Terms and Conditions

The deadline for pre-registration is Sunday, May 20, 2012.
For payments/registrations after this date, confirmations will be available on-site at the registration counter. On-site registration will be possible throughout the conference during the registration counter's opening hours.

All bank fees will be charged to the participant.

Please note: Non Members of the EFP who require a VISA need to pay by bank transfer – no credit card will be accepted.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Mondial Congress & Events. If received before Sunday, April 15, 2012, the full amount – less a handling fee of EUR 35 – will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.

For name changes, a handling fee of EUR 20 will be charged.
