Beginning of June is tourist peak season in Vienna, especially the dates of Europerio 7 with the long weekend for the bank holiday Corpus Christi on June 7. We strongly recommend to book your room now in the course of your registration. Rooms are filling up quickly and are sold on first come first served basis.

Book the selected hotel in the course of your registration below. Please note that in order to make a hotel booking, it is mandatory to register for the conference at the same time.

General Information/Terms and Conditions
Hotel bookings will be handled on a 'first come, first served' basis. Should the hotel requested be no longer available, Mondial Congress & Events will do its utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, involve a change in price. We therefore recommend early booking to ensure availability. After Monday, February 27, 2012, room availability can no longer be guaranteed.

Please note that we can only accept and confirm hotel bookings upon receipt of the deposit payment required per room (one night). The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total hotel invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.

All bank fees will be charged to the participant.

For cancellations received by Monday, February 27, 2012, a handling fee of EUR 40 will be charged. For cancellations received after this date, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Only written cancellations will be accepted. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

Group Reservation
